1. Lily O’Brien's Mint Chocolate and Basil Chocolatini
The much-loved Irish brand recently launched seven new bars, along with a delicious recipe for a mint and basil chocolatini.
To make one you'll need:
- 40ml vodka
- 20ml espresso
- 20ml Lily O’Brien’s mint and basil chocolate, melted
- 10g chocolate, for garnish
- ice cubes
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the vodka, espresso and melted Lily O’Brien’s mint and basil chocolate into the shaker.
- Cover and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with grated chocolate.
- Enjoy!
2. Baileys Chocolatini
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Baileys is for life, not just for Christmas.
Inspired by the recent launch of the new dairy-free Baileys Almande, here's the recipe for the original Irish chocolatini.

To make one you'll need:
- 2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 25 oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
- 25 oz Godiva Chocolate
Method:
- Combine Baileys, vodka, chocolate liquer and ice in a shaker
- Strain into a martini glass
- Enjoy!
