Now there’s a handy extension for Google Chrome that’s about to solve all your problems.
The extension, aptly called Spoiler Alert, lets you turn on alerts for different shows as you please.
Your browser then blocks out every image, story or spoiler for the shows you’ve selected – meaning everything from Lucy Beale’s murderer to who was the last candidate kicked out of Strictly is once again top secret.

Is it life-saving technology? No.
