This super simple trick to getting stains out of suede heels is a total game-changer

Genius.

Jade Hayden

Oh my.

We’ve all been there.

Buy a pair of new suede heels, wear those new suede heels on a night out, and have a wonderful time your new suede heels.

The only downfall is the sheer upset the next day when you awake to find that your new suede heels are scuffed up, stained with muck, and probably cover in curry chips, maybe.

Ruined, essentially.

We’ve tried all the suede-based hacks there are.

Using suede brushes to wash the stain out, throwing some white vinegar on there, whipping out the cornstarch oil…

You name it, we’ve tried it. And it hasn’t worked.

Imagine our disbelief then when we saw that one woman had figured out literally the easiest way to clean suede heels using a product that everyone probably has in their home.

Micellar water.

We know… we could hardly believe it either.

Twitter user, Kiera O Hagan, took to the social media site to share pictures of her heels before she cleaned them using micellar water.

And after she cleaned them using micellar water.

Incredible.

Kiera wrote:

Everyone needs to try this, indeed.

Kiera went on to explain that she poured some micellar water onto a cotton pad, gave the shoes a wipe and, suddenly, they were as good as new.

She said she tried the method on white suede trainers too and it worked just as well.

Absolute game-changer.
