One woman, however, has managed to top all of that due to the small fact that she literally married a Prince she met in a nightclub.

According to the New York Times, Ariana Austin was bopping away on the dancefloor of a nightclub called Pearl in Washington DC when she became acquainted with the love of her life, Joel Makonnen.
He told Ariana that she looked like she should be in an ad for Bombay Sapphire.
Then he told her she was going to be his girlfriend.
12 years later, and the pair have just gotten married in a wedding ceremony that would put even the most lavish of brides to shame.
They wore crowns.
They looked like royalty (well, they technically are).
Ariana’s dress was next level incredible.
And their cake was massive.
Prince Joel is the grandson of Haile Selassie I, the last emperor of Ethiopia.
The family was exiled from the country following a coup, eventually settling in Switzerland.
Now, however, Joel works as a lawyer.
He only revealed his heritage to Ariana when they began dating seriously too.
True love.
The pair were wed in an Ethiopian Orthodox Christian ceremony that included 13 priests.
Intense.
