To begin, slice up a generous amount of seedless watermelon and remove the rind. Pop it in your blender and add your desired amount of ice. Bear in mind that the amount of ice you use will impact the punch of your cocktail. Next, add a third cup (about 80ml) of lime juice to the blender, as well as half a cup (about 112ml) of your favourite tequila. It goes without saying that if tequila's not your jam, you can fire in any other spirit, but for the purpose of this recipe we're aiming to approximate a margarita as best we can. Blend your ingredients together until they're nice and smooth. Meanwhile, rub lime around the rim of your glass and then dip it in salt. Once your beakers are looking fresh, divvy out your cocktail mix. Feel free to embellish them with a wedge of lime at the top of your glass. If it's particularly warm out, you can chill your glasses by leaving them in the freezer for a couple of minutes. Alternatively, you can fill them to the brim with ice while you make your cocktail.
