But this year, Maxol is taking it one step further and giving their Christmas cup even more meaning. They've also launched the Cup of Kindness initiative, encouraging customers to gift a coffee or hot drink to someone else.
At the till, customers will be encouraged to gift a ROSA Coffee or hot drink to a friend or stranger. The customer simply pays for two hot drinks, one for themselves and one for someone else. They'll then be invited to write a kind message on a star, which will be hung on a tree in the store and can be used by the next customer to pay for their hot drink.
Maxol hopes that this will spark a cycle of kindness during the festive season that will help improve people's day and raise much-needed funding for Aware, with 10c from every single hot drink purchased going to the charity.

Ultimately, paying a free cup of coffee forward to a stranger not only stands as a small act of kindness, it also helps raise vital funds for Aware as each and every cup sold will result in an extra donation for the mental health organisation.
But wait, there's more!
To celebrate the return of Maxol's Christmas Cup fundraiser and the launch of Cup of Kindness, they're giving you the chance to WIN a Maxol hamper of goodies.
The hamper includes loads of sweet festive treats and a €100 fuel voucher for yourself AND one for you to gift to a friend, a very nice priza to get your hands on ahead of the festive season.

I’m a 35-year-old in HR, earning €26k, and this was my biggest financial mistake Let’s be honest, most of us are at least a little bit nosy when it comes to money. We want to know what other people are earning, how they’re actually getting by, and what their spending really looks like (not the […]
