This woman married her duvet cover and we’re totally here for it

Olivia Hayes

We can relate.

There really is nothing better then snuggling up in your duvet after a long, hard day. It’s there when you’re sad, it’s there when you’re happy, and it’s there when you just want to sleep.

It won’t give out to you if you spill some tea on it and it’ll let you just sit there for hours watching your favourite shows on Netflix.

It really is the perfect relationship.

So, maybe that’s why this woman wants to marry her duvet.

Pascale Sellick is having a lavish wedding ceremony to celebrate her and her duvet’s union because it’s “the most intimate and reliable relationship” she’s ever had.

The artist has shared an open invite to the ceremony at Rougemont Gardens in Exeter, in Devon in the UK, on Sunday February 10 at 2pm followed by a “free wedding party” at The Glorious Art House on Fore Street.

She’s also encouraging her guests to go casual to the wedding, wearing pyjamas and onesies if they wish.

According to Pretty52, she said: “My duvet is the longest, strongest, most intimate and reliable relationship that I have ever had. That’s because it has always been there for me and gives me great hugs.

“I love my duvet so much I would like to invite people to witness my union with the most constant, comforting companion in my life.

“There will be music and a ceremony, laughs and entertainment.”

Seems legit.
