Jimmy Fallon is always up for a laugh but we reckon Sam Rockwell got the better of him during this dance-off.

The talk show host challenged the Charlie’s Angel actor to a bit of a competition entitled ‘Improv Dance.’

Basically it involved the two stars each choosing a style of dance out of the ‘Velvety Dance Bag’ and seeing who could do theirs the best. It was then finished off with a joint effort.
