Here we go again!

Back in July the first EVER Sunday Sessions Live gig took place at Whelan’s Live. Together with our bros at JOE.ie, Her.ie invited readers to enjoy a roster of Ireland’s finest up and coming talent, including David Keenan, Little Hours and the Academic.

The FREE gig went down a storm with our readers, so we’ve decided to do it all over again, and we have a serious line-up of talent in store.

We’ve been inspired by our hugely popular venture The Sunday Sessions, where over the past year we have invited some of the best Irish and international acts to play for us and you have tuned in in your droves.

Artists like George EzraJames Bay, Villagers and Vance Joy have all dropped by and hundreds of thousands of views later, Sunday Sessions keeps on growing.

Now, we’ve got our sights set on our next exciting live event and we want you to come along.

Sunday Sessions Live takes place at Whelan’s Live on Thursday, October 1st.

You can apply for FREE tickets for you and a friend below and we will be joined on the night by…

RYAN SHERIDAN – Monaghan singer-songwriter Sheridan took over Irish radio with the 2010 release of his monster hit Jigsaw. Since then, the 33-year-old has found chart success across the globe, and even Taylor Swift is a fan. We’re in good company. Ryan joins us at an exciting time, as this Friday, he releases his new album Here And Now, the follow up to his Irish platinum selling debut The Day You Live Forever.

You can also hear a live stream of his new album exclusively on Her.ie here.

ORLA GARTLAND – This talented Dubliner is only 20 years old, but she has a voice that belies her years. Her folk pop style is a balm to the soul, evoking come of the masters of the craft. She is 100% a “one to watch” and we’re very excited to introduce her to the Her.ie and JOE.ie audience.
