Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and her performance on X Factor last night has become a major talking point since fans have declared that the star was miming the song.
The judge took to the stage to sing her new single I Don’t Care but Twitter users claim that she mimed the performance.

The 31-year-old star was however a hit with the audience on the night, and a spokesperson for the singer has denied that she mimed to the song. Cheryl has also been receiving backlash for pre-recording the performance.
The judge then lost one of her acts Lola on the night.
