Forbidden Fruit kicks off tomorrow, June 3

Day one of Forbidden Fruit will get underway on Saturday, June 3 with thousands of people descending upon The Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

Among the artists taking to various stages across the weekend are Central Cee, Eric Prydz, Annie Mac, DJ EZ, and many more.

As with all large-scale events, security will be very present to make sure that everyone gets in and out of the venue swiftly and that there are no dangers to festival-goers making it past the gate.

So before the weekend kicks off, here are some things you should leave at home – if you don’t want them to be thrown out before you enter.

You cannot bring:

  • liquids
  • illegal drugs
  • fireworks
  • drones
  • professional recording equipment
  • pets

Large bags will not be permitted to the concert site. Bags A4 size & smaller will be subject to security checks on entry. Those with no bags will be fast tracked into the arena.

As well as this, you should remember there is:

  • No smoking in enclosed spaces
  • No parking at the venue
  • No re-entry on the same day

Ticket holders are reminded that “urinating inside and outside the event premises is Public Order Offence.

“Person’s seen urinating in public will be permanently removed from festival grounds without warning and will be prosecuted. Please use the toilets provided.”
