This time, Posh Spice might even be on board.
Everyones favourite ’90s girl group may be hitting the road again very soon.
After the massively successful Spice World tour in 2019, The Spice Girls are apparently dying to reunite and go back on tour again.
Speaking to OK! magazine about the possibility of another reunion in the near future, Mel C aka Sporty Spice said:
“I tell you something, there will be if I’ve got anything to do with it.
“We’re constantly talking about it. The girls have had meetings and it’s something we all passionately want to do.
“We’re working through the ins and outs of Covid to try to make it happen.”
She went on to add that 2023 was the aim and that this time, Victoria, who didn’t take part in 2019, might even join them.
“We’re in the best place ever. We have more respect for each other than ever before, we’re all mums and we all know each other so well.
“Even though Victoria wasn’t with us on stage for the last tour, she was completely with us in spirit and 100% there behind the scenes.
“We wanted her to be happy with everything, so she was involved with all the creative aspects of the show.”
Following the 2019 reunion tour, Mel had admitted that she was “upset and disappointed” about Victoria’s decision not to take part but understood. She has since spoken about trying to get her on board for the next one.
Appearing on the Ellen Degeneres show on Monday, Mel also addressed the potential comeback.
“We’re talking about it… We are talking about it constantly. It was always the plan,” she said.
“We did these amazing stadium shows in the UK islands two years ago. It was the best thing we’ve ever done. The creativity was so incredible. We had the best time.”
