Planning on Buying Ed Sheeran Tickets This Week? Here’s What You Need To Know

Promoters have issued a warning ahead of Thursday's on sale date.

In what’s set to be one of the most talked-about gigs of 2015, Ed Sheeran will play Croke Park on Friday, July 24th. 

Tickets for the adopted Irishman’s biggest showcase on these shores will go on sale this Thursday morning at 9am.

Ahead of this, promoters have issued a series of notes to fans hoping to buy. Their statement reads:

Please note the following very important information for the health, safety and enjoyment of all patrons attending the Ed Sheeran concert:

          Ticketmaster is the official ticket seller for this event

          Beware of bogus sellers and tour operators

          Tickets limited to 8 per person

          Under 14’s are not allowed on the pitch either accompanied or unaccompanied

          All under 16’s attending the concert must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian

          Vertigo sufferers should buy seats in the Lower Stand (section 301-336) or standing on the pitch

          Do not purchase tickets from unofficial outlets   

          Patrons requiring accessible seating and wheelchair users should call 0818 903 001 and select option 2

An Garda Siochana, Croke Park and Aiken Promotions would request that all parents and guardians undertake their responsibility to adhere to the age restrictions / conditions of sale for this event.
