A second Irish date has been added to the Janoskians tour, days after outraged fans demanded a venue change for the first sold-out concert.

The Melbourne-born five piece will play The Academy as part of their European run of The Jahoo Jahaa Tour.

The run starts in Dublin on August 29th and due to demand another show date has now been added on August 30th.

The news comes days after some hardcore fans even threatened to “burn down” the music venue if those who missed out on tickets in the first rush were not catered to.

The tour follows huge success for the group, reaching the top of the UK iTunes chart within 24 hours of release with their latest EP Would U Love Me. It also follows a massive Wembley Arena show in March.

The Janoskians are also working on a feature film with LionsGate as well as a book with Simon and Schuster and another “secret project” soon to be announced.

Janoskians first came to attention with their ‘Awkward Train Situations’ video, uploaded to YouTube in 2011. The boys now have over 1.9 million YouTube subscribers and counting as well as accruing more than 200 million combined views.
