Victoria Beckham just ruled out a Spice Girls tour and we’re heartbroken

Wait, what?!

The internet went into overdrive last week when five of our favourite ladies from the 90s shared a picture altogether again. Yes, the Spice Girls reunited last week for a picture that sent fans wild at the thought of possible reunion tour.

And while reports seemed to suggest the ladies would be taking to the road with their classic hits over the summer, Victoria Beckham has just ruled that out completely.

Yep, we know, heartbreaking right?

“I’m not going on tour. The girls aren’t going on tour,” Victoria told Vogue before her preview of her autumn/winter 2018 collection earlier today.

Love my girls!!! So many kisses!!! X Exciting x #friendshipneverends #girlpower

So while a music tour has been firmly ruled out, that doesn’t mean that the Spice Girls won’t be working together again this year.

“There’s something so strong in the message of what the Spice Girls stood for,” VB continued. “What is that in the future? What does that look like?

“We were just bouncing ideas around. Brainstorming.”

There are also rumours that the ladies are hoping to find the next big girl band. Yes, according to The Sun, they are hoping to launch a TV talent show to “scour the globe for the ‘new Spice Girls’”.

“The new telly format will see Victoria, Geri, Mel B, Melanie C and Emma put together a girl band formed of different nationalities.”

And while that sounds incredible, we’re still not over the news that the ladies are not going to be touring.
