SLM Connect is to set up a new base in Na Doirí Beaga, Gaoth Dobhair Business Park in Donegal.
The UK digital marketing company is supported by Údarás na Gaeltachta and the new endeavour is going to be called SLM Éire Teo.
RTÉ report 125 jobs will be created as a result.
CEO Abdul Salam told RTÉ:
"SLM Éire will help us to expand our operations further afield, grow our business and provide us with new opportunities."
The company will be managed by local Donegal man James Moran who is relocating back from the United Kingdom.
