A man has been stabbed in Dublin City Centre

It reportedly happened on Bachelors Walk

The incident occurred just off O’Connell Street.

A man has been violently attacked today on Bachelor’s Walk, a street on the north bank of the Liffey.

According to The Sunday Worldthe victim and his attacker were in a pub on Bachelor’s Walk, conversing before a fight broke out.

The victim was stabbed repeatedly in both his back and leg before an Garda Síochána arrived at the scene of the crime.

The injured was brought to the nearby Mater Hospital to be treated for his wounds, which have reportedly deemed as not fatal.

A man has been arrested in relation to the crime.

Following the death of another man in Dublin this week, crime rates continue to grow in our country’s capital.
