Many customers have been left angered with the bank's response, as they believe this could have been dealt with in advance. One customer said: "This was completely foreseeable and thus avoidable. I am very frustrated and annoyed." While another wrote: "Why does a European bank holiday affect Irish employees getting paid by Irish employers on time?
