PIC - People Are Sharing This Moving Cartoon Tribute To Belgium By A French Artist

Brussels has been left devastated following the events this morning after multiple explosions occurred in the city.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has given instructions to those who had planned to travel to the city, while Belgium is on the highest terror alert possible, level 4.

French newspaper Le Monde has today shown solidarity with its neighbouring country with this illustration depicting the two flags as people, created by cartoonist Plantu, shared on their Twitter and Instagram pages.
