A body has been discovered by police in Leicestershire in the search for missing teenager Kayleigh Haywood.
In a statement police confirmed that a body was found after 10pm last night in a field in Ibstock. The body has not been formally identified but the family have been contacted.
The 15-year-old has been missing since the 13th of November. Kayliegh went missing after she was dropped off at Ibstock Community College and had called her family the following morning.
The Mirror reports that Kayleigh met a man she had been in contact with on Facebook. Two men in their late 20s have been detained in connection with her dissapperance.
