Katie Taylor has this evening in Manchester nabbed her fourth pro win.

Fighting against Milena Koleva, the victory also represents the Co Wicklow woman’s fourth win in as many months.

The 30-year-old won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics in London and turned pro late last year.

It took Katie eight rounds to overcome her 28-year-old rival, who hails from Bulgaria.

The fight took place at the Manchester Arena on the undercard of the Anthony Crolla and Jorge Linares fight bill.

Katie has previously dispatched Karina Kopinska, Viviane Obenauf and Monica Gentili.

Taylor and Koleva were scheduled to fight in London last month, but the latter was forced to drop out with illness and was replaced by Gentili.

Katie Taylor now has five world championship golds, an olympic gold, six European championship golds, and now four professional wins.
