The 30-year-old won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics in London and turned pro late last year. It took Katie eight rounds to overcome her 28-year-old rival, who hails from Bulgaria. Katie has previously dispatched Karina Kopinska, Viviane Obenauf and Monica Gentili. Taylor and Koleva were scheduled to fight in London last month, but the latter was forced to drop out with illness and was replaced by Gentili.
