We LOVE a good weather warning these days.
After an unsettled few days (we’re putting that mildly… it’s been MUCK), there’s more on the way. Forecasters at Met Eireann have issued a national wind warning as gusts of up to 110km per hour are expected today.
Motorists are being warned to watch out for wind-blown debris and to be especially careful around pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
Very strong blustery W winds this morning across Munster & S. Leinster. Brightening as Heavy showery rain eases by afternoon. Highs 7to9C

Showers are expected to ease this afternoon, although the cold snap will return this evening with temperatures as low as freezing in some parts of the country.
The GOOD NEWS is, if you’re planning on snuggling up and having a duvet day, we’ve got you sorted.
