Yesterday would have been Boseman's 44th birthday and to honour the late actor, Disney+ changed the redesigned the Marvel logo to reflect this.
Walt Disney executive Bob Iger announced Tweeted the following:
“To all fans of #BlackPanther: watch the film on #DisneyPlus late tonight, for a special tribute to someone that was and will always be near and dear to our hearts.”
The new intro shows the classic Marvel page turning with images of the concept art for Black Panther and photographs of Boseman. To all fans of #BlackPanther: watch the film on #DisneyPlus late tonight, for a special tribute to someone that was and will always be near and dear to our hearts.
