"Today she's missed Halloween with her family — her cousins, aunties uncles nannas and pop but most of all her parents and baby sister.
"She needs us and we need her."
Police have been searching both the campsite and throughout the town of Carnarvon, as well as investigating over 200 reported sightings of Cleo, none of which turned out to be her.
Asking once again for the public's help to find her daughter, Ellie said Cleo "is loved, she is happy ... I just want her to come home."
"I need my baby girl home, please I beg you!" she wrote.
"If you have ANYONE acting suspicious PLEASE CALL, if you've seen her, CALL"
"If you have any important information CALL!"
The child was last seen at 1:30am on Saturday morning at the Blowholes Shacks campsite, which is in Macleod, 900km north of Perth.
Her parents woke at 6:30am and Cleo was gone.
She was last seen wearing a pink/purple onesie which had a blue and yellow pattern.
Police have now urged anyone with information to come forward as an extensive search gets underway.Explore more on these topics:
