HerFamily‘s Sile Seoige has announced she has become a mum for the first time.
The TV presenter confirmed that she and partner Damien O’Farrell welcomed a baby boy named Cathal on August 2.
And she shared the first photo of the newborn on Instagram, with little Cathal gripping his mum’s finger.

The HerFamily columnist has confirmed the tot arrived “safe and sound”, weighing eight pounds two ounces:
“Feeling incredibly lucky, thankful & so so happy!
Our baby boy arrived safe & sound in the early hours of the 2nd of August and we’re in love.
