Conor McGregor has confirmed that he will fight in UFC 200
Conor McGregor has just confirmed that he will fight in UFC 200.
He took to Twitter this morning saying, "Happy to announce that I am BACK on UFC 200!
Shout out to @danawhite and @lorenzofertitta on getting this one done for the fans. #Respect"
Only a few days ago Conor failed to show to a UFC press conference in Las Vegas, resulting in Dana White, the UFC president, ruling him out of competing in July.
According to SportsJOE, Dana said:
"I just don't see how that's fair. It's just part of the deal. These guys came.
"You think I don't want Conor to fight? Of course, I do. It's just not right.
"Is it too much to ask to shoot a commercial or do the promotion for fight. A lot of guys came here from Brazil...New Jersey, but these guys, they have better things to do, its part of the job, and it’s what we do here."
But now it seems all is forgotten and he's back on to fight.
