A father has been charged with killing a 19-year-old-man after he discovered he had allegedly sold his daughter into a sex trafficking ring.

John Eisenman, 60, was arrested on suspicion of murder back in November 2020, after reportedly learning of his daughter’s boyfriend’s whereabouts in Washington State.

Eisenman then allegedly abducted him in the trunk of his car before assaulting him, causing his death.

According to Spokane Police, “[Eisenman] assaulted the victim by hitting him in the head with a cinder block and then stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death.”

The father is said to have learned that his underage daughter was apparently sold to a sex-trafficking organisation around the Seattle area, believing that her boyfriend, Aaron Sorenson, was responsible for the sale.

Sorensen’s body was found in the trunk of the abandoned car around a month later. Eisenman had no prior convictions but, given the nature of the crime, is currently being held on a $1 million bond at Spokane County Jail in Washington.

Since learning of the motivation behind his crime, a number of fundraisers have been started – including a GoFundMe that has since been removed.
