Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg has revealed that users of the popular site have donated more than $10 million (nearly €9 million) to relief efforts in Nepal.
The news comes following a devastating earthquake that hit the region last Saturday and the fundraising efforts have received massive support from Facebook users.
The $10 million was raised in the space of just two days, while Facebook has also pledged to donate a further $2 million to help those affected.
It has been reported that 6,200 people have died following the earthquake with a further 13,900 reported injured.
