The family of Sean Byrne, who has been missing since Electric Picnic, confirmed that he has been found safe and well.
Father-of-three Byrne was last seen by friends on Monday at the Electric Picnic festival in Stradbally, County Laois and his family appealed to the public for help in locating his whereabouts.
The 24-year-old last made contact to say he was leaving the festival and was in touch with his girlfriend on Tuesday to say that he was on his way home.
Sean, who is from Ballyboden in Dublin, told his girlfriend that he was getting a lift home on Tuesday and would be home in two or three hours.
This evening, Sean’s sister Bella Byrne confirmed on Facebook that the young father had been located safe and well.
