But her viral success is causing the promotional worker problems as she's now pressing legal action against Fiji Water for "the unauthorized use of [Fiji Water Girl's] photograph, likeness, and identity", reports E! Cardboard cutouts of Kelleth from the awards show appeared across the US which Kelleth states was "without autorisation". However, Fiji Water begs to differ and they're not here to give any sympathy. In a statement to E! News, the brand said the following:" "This lawsuit is frivolous and entirely without merit. After the Golden Globes social media moment, we negotiated a generous agreement with Ms. Cuthbert that she blatantly violated. We are confident that we will prevail in Court.
