A second wind warning, status yellow, refers to the whole country, and it is valid from 3 am tomorrow morning until 10 pm tomorrow night. A rainfall warning, also status yellow, has been shared and it relates to Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford with accumulations of 30 to 50mm rain expected. This one is in place all day today until 9 pm tomorrow night. The national forecaster's predicition for tomorrow's weather is as follows but this is subject to change.Dry/clear to start. Heavy rain,strengthening SE winds, associated with Storm Brian in SW before noon, spreading to all areas. Highs 11/15C.

Tomorrow the centre of the storm Brian will track into the Irish Sea with moderate winds for a time over Ulster and North Leinster but extremely windy elsewhere with storm force west to northwest winds along southwest coasts - especially during the morning.
