18-month-old Shania Constantin was last seen with her grandfather in Phibsborough on Thursday afternoon.
The Gardaí are seeking the public’s help in tracing the whereabouts of an 18-month-old girl who has been missing since Thursday.
Shania Constantin, who lives in Blanchardstown is in the care of her grandfather, 36-year-old Condrut Iosca who is also missing.
Shania was last seen when Mr Iosca, 36, drove away from North Circular Road, Phibsborough on Thursday afternoon.
It is believed he was driving a red van at the time.
Shania is described as having dark brown eyes and very little hair.
Mr Iosca is described as 1.752m (5’9″) tall, with black hair, brown eyes and of medium build.
