Gardaí are investigating after the bodies of a man and a woman were found in a house in Co. Cavan.
The remains of the man and woman were discovered at the home yesterday (Sunday) in the Cloverhill area of Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
The man and woman, both in their 40s, were deceased upon Gardaí’s discovery. A postmortem is due to be carried out today. This will determine the course of the investigation.
The scene has been persevered for technical examination.
