Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen walked out of prison on January 14th, having served 10-and-a-half months for sharing a private film of him having sex with Georgia on his OnlyFans.
He appeared in court on Monday over profits he made from the video. and to determine whether he was to pay the court or Georgia Harrison.
The hearing was adjourned until Friday.
According to Sky News, Stephen was found to have made £22,305.46 (€26,067.72) from the CCTV footage of the two having sex in a garden on August 2nd, 2020.
His OnlyFans subscriber count was said to have leapt 43% as a result of the video, from 1,061 when it was uploaded on November 8th 2020 to 1,883 by the time his account was deactivated on December 8th.
The footage was available to subscribers behind a $9.99 (€9.21) paywall on his account @hollywoodbear.
A total of 273 subscribers purchased the video and, following the standard 20% cut to OnlyFans, this earned Bear £1,650.98 (€1,930.21), the court heard.
After the video was posted he changed the subscription fee, ranging from $7.50 (€6.91) to $50 (€46.08).
Due to the extra subscribers brought in by the video, Stephen was found to have earned £15,440.28 (€18,051.69) on top of the earnings made through the paywall.
Judge Christopher Morgan said it was difficult to know exactly how much the former reality star had made.
He said: "He had, by the time the account had been set up, filmed himself and Georgia Harrison, that material being the subject of the criminal charges that he faced.
"The defendant plainly intended that that material would be placed onto his OnlyFans account."
Stephen went on to ask about a "payment plan" during his court appearance, claiming that he is currently on "Job Centre's allowance".
The disgraced TV star said he could only "afford £10 a week or something".
It comes after Bear previously claimed to be a billionaire in a video he shared online.
Financial Investigator Laura Mackenzie, from Essex Police’s Economic Unit, said of his situation at the time: "He wasn't a billionaire at all, no. His bank account was overdrawn."
