Gunman Shot In Sydney After Six-Hour Siege

A gunman has been shot dead following a stand-off that lasted over six hours in southwest Sydney.

According to 9News, three people were shot, one fatally at signage business Inline in Ingleburne at about 10.45am Sydney time.

Three people were released from the building just after 5pm, and the gunman allegedly died around this time.

Paramedics are treating a number of people at the scene.

Police confirmed one man had died and two men were taken to Liverpool Hospital with gunshot wounds. There have been reports that the victims are all brothers and the shooting was family related.

Streets remain closed around the area but should re-open soon.
