There’s been a lot of rumours surrounding a possible war between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez the past few months.

But the pair seem to be in a much better place now after the rumours were addressed by both Selena and Hailey.

There’s been another subtle show of support between the two making the speculation of a feud sound nothing more than pure gossip.

Selena Gomez posted a hot new photo to her Instagram on Sunday night showing her fans a throwback pic of her with blonde hair wearing a colourful bikini.

She captioned it: “TBT to blondie sel. Summers coming! So many exciting things coming!”

To the surprise of many fans, Hailey Bieber showed her support for the singer by liking the post.

Putting further rest to the drama.

Earlier last week, the pair re-followed each other on Twitter and now they’re back following each other on Instagram too.

They both have tried their best to put the negative rumours to bed with Selena calling for the “hateful negativity” to stop.

Gomez wrote on her Instagram story: “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.

“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate to bullying.

“I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”

To which Bieber replied: “I want to thank Selena for speaking out, as her and I have been discussing the last few weeks how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I.

“The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this which is extremely harmful.

“While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together.

“Things can always be taken out of context or construed differently than they were intended. We all need to be more thoughtful about what we post and what we say, including myself.

“In the end, I believe love will always be bigger than hate and negativity, and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy and compassion.”

We absolutely love to see it.
