Are you one of the lucky people who has managed to land their dream job? If so, be grateful because according to a new survey, most of us have given up hope of finding the perfect career.
The Irish Sun reports that nearly 8 in 10 employees say that the prospect of finding their ultimate job has been severely battered by the recession – and can you blame them really? We all know how hard it is to find a job in the current economic climate.

The survey, which was carried out by comparison website uSwitch revealed that just 6 per cent of workers are actually in their dream job while the vast majority of employees have sacrificed their hopes and dreams in exchange for job security and a steady pay packet every single week.
“Very few people now feel able to pursue the job of their dreams,” said Michael Ossei, a personal finance expert at uSwitch.com.
What do you think ladies? Are you one of the lucky workers out there who really enjoys what they do? Or are you stuck in a job you hate, pining for something better to come along?
