Gardaí are investigating the death of a baby girl in Waterford.
The infant's body was discovered four weeks ago in the HSE's Community Care offices.
RTE reports that it is believed the baby's mother attended the out-of-hours 'Caredoc' service on Cork Road on April 22.
It is then thought that the woman gave birth to the baby in the bathroom.
The baby's body was discovered after the woman was brought to University Hospital Waterford.
