Irish Rail have warned customers that, due to engineering works, there will be disruptions on several routes over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Customers have been urged to check if their route is affected and to book in advance if possible, with a number of stations in Dublin and beyond affected.

Belfast/Dundalk/Drogheda
Friday Night 28 to Monday 31 October
Friday
The 23:37hrs Connolly Dundalk service will terminate at Drogheda with a bus transfer to Dundalk.
Saturday, Sunday & Monday morning services
Bus transfers will operate from between Dundalk and Connolly Station serving Drogheda and then continue by train to/from Dundalk and Belfast.
Normal services will resume from 13.00hrs on Monday 31 October.
Drogheda Commuter services will operate to/from Connolly Station only across Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
DART
Saturday 29 to Monday 31 October
No rail services will operate between Connnolly and Grand Canal Dock. Dublin Bus will accept rail tickets on the number 1 bus services only to/from Grand Canal Dock to the City Centre.
Please note: the following early DART services will operate on Sunday 30th October to accommodate customers travelling to the Dublin City Marathon.
07.05hrs Malahide to Connolly Station.
06.45hrs Greystones to Grand Canal Dock
Heuston Intercity and Commuter
Due to line improvement works on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 October, service alterations are in place. More details can be viewed here.
A revised timetable will also operate on Monday 31 October.
Rosslare
Saturday 29 to Monday 31 October
Services will operate to/from Pearse Station only.
Due to the engineering works customers can book from Bray to/from Rosslare and board the train at Pearse.
Sligo/Maynooth
Saturday 29 to Monday 31 October
Services will operate to/from Connolly Station only.
