The actress played tribute to her TV dad on Instagram.

Yesterday, the actress took to Instagram to mark the 14th anniversary of the death of the actor John Ritter, who played Bridget’s loveable father, Paul.
Sharing a sweet picture of the pair on the red carpet, Kaley said:
“Today, 14 years ago, we lost one of the best there was.
“Still, not a day goes by where he doesn’t make me laugh one way or another.”
Ritter tragically passed away suddenly on September 11, 2003, from an aortic dissection at the age of just 54.
Ritter had filmed the first three episodes of the second season before his death. Those episodes were later aired in tribute to the actor before his death was incorporated into the show’s storyline.
