Katie Price's family have released a statement about the star's wellbeing and overall mental health following her reported arrest for drink-driving earlier today. Reports emerged earlier today that Price had been hospitalised and arrested following a car crash in West Sussex.
Taking to her social media, her family released a statement saying: "This message has been written by Kate's family."
They went on to write, "As a family, we have for some time been concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health. Today our worst fears nearly came true. As a family, we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs. "

The Sun reported earlier today that the reality star, who was already banned from driving, was being checked over in hospital and a Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed that a "43-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and has been taken to hospital to be checked over."
