Kevin Spacey is due in court today over allegations of sexual assault.

The House Of Cards actor is accused of repeatedly putting his hands down the trousers of William Little, a fan of his, in 2016.

Little, who was 18 at the time of the alleged incident, said that Spacey assaulted him in the restaurant he worked in.

He had stayed late after his shift to meet the actor and claimed that Spacey invited him back to his home. Little said he declined.

Spacey has faced multiple claims of sexual assault since 2017, but this is the first time a charge has been brought against him.

Actor Anthony Rapp was the first to bring accusations against Spacey, alleging that the American Beauty actor sexually abused him when he was 14-years-old.

CNN reports that Spacey will appear in Nantucket court this afternoon.

He had asked if his lawyers could represent him at the hearing but his request was declined.

This comes just a few weeks after the actor broke his social media silence and shared a bizarre House Of Cards style video urging people not to “rush to judgement without facts.”

“I showed you exactly what people are capable of,” he says in the video. “I shocked you with my honesty, but mostly I challenged you and made you think. And you trusted me, even though you knew you shouldn’t.”

Spacey is accused of sexual misconduct by over 30 men.

He is expected to plead not guilty to the charges of indecent assault and battery against Little at 4pm Irish time.
