Here’s how many of us are still living at home with Mam and Dad

It's more than we thought.

You’re not alone.

If you’re still living at home with Mam and Dad, you’ll probably be glad to know you’re far from alone.

Far from it, as the most recent CSO figures show that nearly 460,000 people over the age of 18 are still living at home.

That number is a 4.4 percent increase on last year’s figures.

The results showed that less than half of those people were employed, with the majority falling into the category of being unemployed or students.

The breakdown of those figures also showed that there are more men still living at home than women.

Nearly 60 percent of those who said they had yet to fly the nest were men.

Other results of the survey found that there are more women living alone than men.
