Lucky customer finds €10,000 white chocolate Creme Egg in Antrim store

Congrats!

Denise Curtin

Congratulations.

One lucky customer has found an elusive white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg in Culbertson’s Spar, Ballymena, Co Antrim.

One of the most sought-after chocolate prizes, the competition to find a white chocolate Creme Egg came back last month for the second year running, with over 111 white eggs sent out nationwide with the ultimate prize being €10,000.

Speaking about selling the winning egg in her store, Spar manager, Lisa Martin spoke to The Irish Sun saying:

“Cadbury’s contacted us to say a white Creme Egg was purchased in here and someone won €10,000. They didn’t give any more details about who it was but said they would be in touch again.”

Continuing, she added:

“I wish I had found it! If I knew it was there I would have gone through them all!”

You and me both, Lisa.

And what’s even better, since the winning Creme Egg was sold at Culbertson’s Spar, Lisa has seen a surge in Creme Egg sales and even had to order four more boxes.

But fear not, if you’ve your heart set on winning some cash, the Creme Egg competition is not over until April 21, so you’ve still got plenty of time to gather your search party and get hunting.
