Last night, Max posted a photo of the pair on holidays enjoying two huge milkshakes.
He captioned it: "Never. Eating. Again"
Maisie re-shared it to her Instagram story and captioned it with a love heart emoji.
Fans think this was their way of responding to backlash from the controversial pregnancy post but they're still to properly address it.
People have been quick to criticise the couple for their decision to joke about pregnancy.
Followers commented under their posts reminding them that "getting pregnant is difficult for some people" and it "should not be joked about".
One follower wrote: "You’ve hurt many people, fans, with those thoughtless stories tonight. People who have lost children. People who cannot conceive for whatever reason. Please do better."
Others seemed to be supportive and insisted that the post was "just a joke".
One fan said: "It was a joke that lasted a few mins, it's not that deep".
This is not the first time the couple have been subject to trolling.
When they announced their relationship, people were bothered by the couple's 13-year age gap so they had to deal with negative comments from the get go.
