A man has been charged with the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Hotel in February.
According to The Irish Times, Patrick Hutch, (24), was charged this evening at a late sitting of Dublin District Court.
Judge Hugh O'Donnell ordered that Mr Hutch should be held in custody until May 25th when he will attend Cloverhill District Court.
There was no application for bail and Mr Hutch made no reply to the charge.
David Byrne, a Crumlin native, was murdered when a number of gunmen opened fire at the Regency Hotel on the 6th February as part of an ongoing gangland feud.
