Man dies after being found unconscious in Dublin city centre

The man was in his 30s.

Gardaí are investigating the sudden death of a man in his 30s who was discovered by pedestrians at Foster Place, Dublin.

The man was unconscious when he was discovered at 7am this morning, Sunday, 20 October.

Gardaí were alerted to the incident by passing pedestrians who observed the man unconscious.

He was removed to St. James Hospital where he passed away.

A post mortem will be conducted which will determine the course of the investigation.
