A man has been found dead in a Dublin prison this morning
An investigation is ongoing.
A man has been found dead in Cloverhill prison in west Dublin.
According to the Independent, the inmate was in his cell alone when he was found in the early hours of this morning.
The Irish Prison Service and An Garda Siochana are currently investigating the death, however there has been no confirmation about how he died.
The publication states that he had been recently remanded in custody after an appearance in a Dublin court.
Cloverhill prison is for people who are facing charges and are awaiting trials.
