A man who murdered his girlfriend and then left a trail of clues for her son to find the body posted about the act to website 4Chan before handing himself in to police.
David Kalac from Oregon murdered his girlfriend Amber Coplin and then uploaded photos of her to the forum website bragging.
In a post to the forum, the 33-year old uploaded a photo of a dead, naked woman with marks on her throat. Captioning the photo, Kalac wrote:
"Check the news for Port Orchard Washington in a few hours. Her son will be home from school soon. He'll find her, then call the cops. I just wanted to share the pics before they find me. I bought a BB gun that looks realistic enough. When they come, I'll pull it and it will be suicide by cop. I understand the doubts. Just check the fucking news. I have to lose my phone now."
According to police reports, David wrote "she killed me first" on the bathroom wall, and "bad news" on the blinds of the bedroom they shared.
Police also confirmed this wasn’t the first act of violence from Kalac, who had previously threatened to kill a different partner last year before she got a restraining order against him.
