Yep, it is getting to be that time of year when we'll be pretty much updating you every single day on a new type of bad weather.

Well, today's round is strong wind, with the warning specifically for the folk in Donegal.
That's per the status yellow wind warning issued at 1pm on Friday (13 December), which highlights strong westerly winds with average speeds of 50 to 65 km/h and gusting up to 110 km/h, with a risk of even stronger winds on coastlines.
This warning kicks in at 5pm on Friday evening and will remain in place until 5pm on Saturday evening.
On top of that, Met Éireann's forecast for the weekend and early next week reveals some very cold nights ahead, with temperatures to dip to as low as -3 in places.
Additionally, Tuesday night is expected to bring a widespread sharp frost, and freezing fog forming in places.
So if you are out at night, make sure you wrap up warm!
